- Open the administration of your shop
- Change via the main navigation to the "Theme Management" ("Content" => "Themes")
- Note: In the Shopware Cloud, please find the section "Themes" directly in the main navigation.
- Now click onto the
Context button in the upper right of the preview image of your ThemeWare® base theme in order to open the Context Menu.
- Click "Create duplicate"
- A pop-up will appear again allowing you to enter the name for the duplicate
- Confirm the creation with "Create duplicate".
Now you have created a ThemeWare® theme duplicate and you are free to configure it independently from the Parent Theme.
Tip: You will benefit from our improved theme configuration representation when the name of the duplicate contains the word "ThemeWare".
