ThemeWare® 2022/2023

The year 2022 is coming to an end and once again an extremely large number of things have happened in ThemeWare®.

There have been many exciting updates in ThemeWare® for Shopware 6: many sales-promoting features have been included, there have been countless improvements and we have received and successfully implemented lots of exciting ideas and suggestions for improvement from our users.

A lot has also happened around ThemeWare®: the new Service Portal for ThemeWare® for Shopware 6 is a big improvement. The number of articles in the Knowledge Base has more than doubled and more are being added weekly. The new Manual is also growing. We are also particularly proud that we can now provide everything in English for our international users.

In addition, we have provided an important update for our Shopware 5 themes. This update has made it possible for users with a Shopware version that is more than 2 years old to carry out a ThemeWare® update without a prior Shopware update.

We are pleased that all these changes and improvements have been so well accepted. Many thanks at this point for the honest and really positive feedback.

December 2022

As we allow ourselves a little break between Christmas and New Year, as we do every year, and offer only limited support, there will be no feature update in December.

If necessary, we will of course release compatibility or security updates.

ThemeWare® 2023

In January, ThemeWare® 1.1.7 will be released, an extensive update with many exciting features and improvements.

All information will follow at the time of release. To name a few highlights: There will be a new layout for the mobile header, new CMS blocks/elements for the Pro Edition and the often requested custom tab on the product page.

But that's not all!

We have a big list of features and suggestions for improvement that we want to implement in 2023. In addition, the area of mobile accessibility and performance is always in our focus. The documentation and manual will be expanded and the ThemeWare® Video Tutorial, the ThemeWare® Introduction and the ThemeWare® Demo Shops are on the agenda.

Shopware 6.5

Shopware has been working on Shopware 6.5 for some time now. There will be some changes and therefore we are currently checking the impact on themes. Since Shopware is updating from Bootstrap 4 to Bootstrap 5, there will definitely be some changes and improvements for you in the area "theme core".
