Highlights

Custom field for the text of the "Hero section" added

You can now fill the text of the "Hero section" using a custom field. If the field remains empty, the category description will be loaded as usual. In addition, the configuration of the "Hero section" has been given its own tab.

Snippets for the alt attribute of the seals added

New snippets have been introduced to maintain the alt attributes and ariaLabel of the seals, to improve accessibility.

Changes in detail

Accessibility of the "Hero slider" navigation improved [Pro Edition]

The tab order and keyboard navigation in the "Hero slider" has been revised to improve accessibility.

Accessibility of the "Slideout communities" improved

The "Slideout communities" are now integrated into the tab order of the page. As you tab through them, they are focused in turn and can thus also be opened using the keyboard.

CLS improvements in various CMS elements [Pro Edition]

Explicit width and height information is added to various CMS elements so that the browser can calculate the aspect ratio of the images in advance – to optimize the CLS value.

Configuration for scaling the font size as a percentage in different viewports added

The percentage scaling of the font size in different viewports is now configurable.

Improved preload of "Countdown banners" [Pro Edition]

The preloading of the "Countdown banner" now takes into account the optimized time zone handling incl. summer/winter time according to the shop settings.

Snippets in the "Shipping" widget updated

For consistency, the snippets of the individual logos in the "Shipping methods" widget have been replaced:

Optimized timezone handling with automatic daylight saving time adjustment [Pro Edition]

The time zone handling of the "Countdown banner" has been optimized. In addition, daylight saving time is now correctly included depending on the time zone set in the "Shop".

Bugfix: Preview of some CMS product page blocks has been fixed [Pro Edition]

The preview of some CMS blocks for product pages has been fixed so that these blocks are displayed correctly again.

Bugfix: Configuration of the label position "below icon" in social icons fixed

The configuration of the label position "below icon" in the "Communities" widget has been fixed.
