Shopware Store: News about the subscription

At the end of 2023 (28 December 2023), Shopware will change its booking options for extensions in the Shopware Store.

Only a monthly and annual rental option will then be available in the store. This means that the purchase option and the associated subscription will be removed.

What happens if I still have a purchase license?

Shopware has developed an upgrade wizard that is available in your Shopware account. This allows you to easily switch to a rental license after the subscription has expired, so that you can continue to receive support and updates for our themes and extensions.

Here's a little insight into what your account will look like:

The discounts in the assistant are as follows:

Customers receive a 50% discount in the first year if they pay monthly
For annual payment, the discount is 67% in the first year
