What is the process of an individual customisation?

After we have received your request and have clarified any open questions, we will send you an estimate of the effort and price for your customisation. Now you can order the customisation. Depending on the effort and workload, the implementation usually takes 3-6 working days. If you do not order the customisation, you will not incur any costs.

This form is not intended for ThemeWare^® support requests. If you are a ThemeWare® customer and have questions related to ThemeWare®, you can create a ticket via your Shopware account.
